| Warranty Repairs |
All warranty units must accompany a copy of the original purchase receipt/invoice with your name on the receipt. NO HAND WRITTEN RECEIPTS. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to FTH and JVCKenwood will pay for shipping cost back to the customers

| Out Of Warranty Evaluations Fee - $45.00 |
There will be a $45 Evaluations Fee on all Out-Of-Warranty repairs. This $45 will provide you a detailed evaluation of repair and it is due upfront.
$45 evaluation fee will be credited towards the final repair cost if you choose to approve the estimate and complete the repairs.
